In the mid-nineteenth century, a coterie of Viennese bakers immigrated to Paris, and opened a number of small Boulangeries specializing in Austrian-style bread. Since then the French are passionate for breakfast rolls called "Viennoiseries".

At Maison Richard you will find an astonishing variety of just-baked rolls, apricot rolls, plain brioche, apple turnover, etc… traditional French bread and one of the best French croissant in LA.
